  • Easily accessible, with a short detour from the highway. Around a bar, for those who want a coffee before heading to the OASIS for the visit. Friendly staff, pointed out the trails and provided advice on the visit. In a few hours or less, after all the trails. Very nice Lake and overall view of the hills and surrounding villages. Very nice vantage point along the nature trail. Bello il casolare di remark about storks and other birds in rehabilitation, along the path of stork. At the end of the trail Mountain biking, at this time, it comes down to the Lake by a road. Information boards along the trail, packed more details sound through a smartphone app with qr code reader. Picnic area near the reception, possibility to buy honey, pasta, olive oil and other natural products, also to fund the OASIS. Also thanks for the suggestion to visit the village of cairano around, gorgeous! I would return again in a different season, different nature. And visit perhaps Conza old (please contact for visiting) or other villages around (calitri and others). Greetings and good continuation!

  • A large reservoir of water that also serves as an oasis for wildlife in the area, very good attention from the Park Ranger

  • The fact that it was a Valley perfectly inhabited in the past suggests, when the dam is closed to see the remains of old houses submerged by water is a set of emotions and ideas!
