  • Conegliano; a beautiful place! The castle is not great, and like that, it is very worth it. Also the restaurant upstairs is fine. Delicious lunch and enjoy the view.

  • This morning I wanted to see something this. The Guide talked about that in this area produce sparkling wine Prosecco and God sent me there. But as said in one film in the morning, drink only aristocrats and imbeciles, so this version of the program crashed. The town rises on a high Hill, and on its upper part was the Castle. Had to change plans and enjoy spiritual, to the detriment of worldly needs. First memories of the Castle belong to the 12-th century. In the 17-18 centuries the Castle lost its defensive courtyard was filled with tines level and turned into a park. From former greatness, leaving only the tower. In one restaurant, and in the second City Museum. Despite the inconvenient time to visit, I was lucky and I ended up in the interval from 9.30 to 12.30. The Museum turned out to be opened. In the Hall of the Museum is a chic collection of paintings and frescoes from the collections of local churches. Including a local svetily-painter Cima da Conegliano. His work can be seen in Venice at the Academy. Just present the work of Palma the younger, Pordenone, Giovanni da Francia, Pietro Muttoni. Above the fireplace stand knightly armour and paintings with views of Conegliano. And at the very top of the observation deck. From where you can admire not only the views of the city, but also the Alps.

  • I went to eat with a group of friends! The location is really beautiful, the kids can play in the garden of the Castle! The food is good, but there's too much disorganization and you have to wait too. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for the site, but not for the quality of service.
