We stayed in this Castle a few weeks ago. And I must say it was a surprise. Not knowing the true story of the Castle I was expecting to see armour and objects from the time of the Castle instead we found many valuable objects and furnishings dating from the last owner who died in the late 1980s. The guided tour lasts about an hour and the price is up to the visit. (7 euros). The guide we met us was very friendly and competent at his job. Visiting the rooms that the Marchioness Gambarotta inhabited and the Museum of Freemasonry. Do not give more than three stars, because personally I expected to be able to visit (as in other castles), and not only about ten rooms. Overall though it was a pleasant visit and interesting. If you pass by there, an hour's worth losing it to see and understand the history of this castle.

  • At first glance, seeing from afar the Castle, has a very high expectation, because you externally is really excellently preserved, then once inside discover that the last owner, a Marchioness, "decked" in a "kitsch" rooms and lounges that the tour plan. In partial defense of Marchesa, the fact that the castle was sold bare of almost all of the furnishings, and if outside the castle is well preserved is also thanks to him. The Organization of the guides were friendly and helpful, very brave and prepared. Next to the castle there is a place where you can taste the PANIGACCI, little known but yummy dish accompanied by various dips and cold cuts proposed, after the visit it is worth stopping to eat them. Extra note, I left the lights on in the car, and of course the return ... dead. To anyone who asked a hand, I received all their willingness to find a solution, boost, cables ... ... ... Despite being SUNDAY 30 April, feast day before the party. 1 May. Thank you all

  • Castle well preserved and can be visited, with an adjoining room for events and panigacceria. Too bad that a party is not visible because it is reserved for guests
