  • Great you can see only the walls but with just these are majestic. If you come to this is a must see attraction along with the Como Lake and other nice things. At the time of the visit were closed but you can visit and you may have other news.

  • After the visit to the Church of San Fedele, we headed to this site that originally, according to scholars, would be large enough to be comparable to the current Cathedral of Como; It is hypothesized that cover an area of between 4,000 and 8,000 square meters, a building that has few equals in Italy. Arrived, we tried a bit of a disappointment; the area of this extraordinary discovery is dominated by an enormous multilevel parking garage which was however luckily built on stilts so leave everything in sight. The Roman ruins are visible through a route via overpasses. To fully understand the meaning of "traces" of the masonry on the ground, but I believe the presence of a guide.

  • These are the remains of some quarters of the baths complex dating back to the 1st century AD and that a restoration of recent years have been made visible (only during certain times of the year) and partly usable. In fact are placed (and partially hidden ...) from the car park Via Dante ... that deadens, in my opinion, the site. Go to other cities and around beautiful beauty of Lake Como ... on the site of the baths there is much to say about the Italian ability to "debase", sometimes, the artistic, historical and archaeological heritage.

  • That's where less I expect mark Rome, under a building in the Centre of extraordinary archaeological recovery. To see.
