  • Is a path that in recent years has been very arranged and made much more polished and usable by anyone wishing to train in peace or just breathe some fresh air.

  • In truth I don't know who runs this place, however I must admit it is a show! I went once, alas, because you don't have a means by which to get there. From Camerlata is long! We strolled my cagnina, free without a leash. It is a paradise!

  • Periodically there is someone who is trying to turn it into a new and totally useless expanse of concrete for industrial buildings or condominiums that will remain empty or abandoned, destroying seeds classically a little green paradise literally at the gates of the city. First, it seems only right to thank the Alpini of Albate that thanks to their important efforts have recovered much of this area, creating a trail safe and suitable for young and old and securing green areas that had been literally abandoned. The Valbasca can be reached both from the town of Como in around 5 minutes drive by leaving the car at convenient and free parking in the cemetery of Lipomo or even from other areas, like Capiago, Montorfano. From Valbasca depart then different walks, from the quiet and flat which extends along a very quiet ring to the one who comes to the village of Albate, then start to climb towards mount Goj rather than going to the Lake of Montorfano. A green belt to defend and protect why is everyone's heritage.
