  • It has two museums in one, you pay one hallway and they are built together (museo archeologico and the museo storico). We were almost the only when we were there, so very peaceful to go and experience things at your own pace-there is a little of each, in the appropriate amount. The building is nice, with ornate space. Stone axes, bronze objects, old guns-children (6 and 9 years) got a part out of it. They even have an Egyptian Mummy (I never found out how it ended up in Como). It costs 4 euros for adults, kids are free. Most texts only up Italian, but the most important info be found on a sheet is also available in English.

  • Not bad. For the archaeological museum in a provincial town is rich in elements (especially times Neolithic, bronze age and iron age) usually accompanied by commentary. Even the price is right.

  • While maintaining the tradizionalita ' old time classics museums will not be boring. Apart from prehistoric times with ancient artifacts found in Golasecca and ends at Garibaldi with the unification of Italy there are numerous sections covered by lace to the cameos displayed in prominent, particularly backlit section overhead paid to coins where we find numerous Romans Greeks the middle ages the various dominations Austrian classical Spanish French until I think it's been very United. l "lighting is not well taken care of and in some cases as in coins really feeble. Overall more than positive the response to someone like me who loves "antiquity and from small ofbecoming the archaeologist I recommend.
