  • Situated in elevated position it seems to dominate the valley. Inside there are two distinct places: a Sacello, a primitive part of the church, and the Great sanctuary. To these are the frame: the chapel of San Lucio that houses the former vote and a miniature reconstruction of the sanctuary, the sacristy, the bell tower, the room of the Romito (former abode of the Sacrista), the Hall of Mayors and the Hall of the Brotherhood of the Guardian Angel ( Refreshment point). Outside are the source of St. Patrick and the old wood-burning oven, now no longer used, where the orders or michette were cooked (small, unleavened and blessed biscuits consumed on the occasion of illnesses/malaise).

  • The only Italian shrine dedicated to the Holy Irish. To visit for the scenic view of the valley below and for the artistic value of the pictorial works preserved here in the two spaces of the Sanctuary, the Sacello and the Church itself. The sacristan was very kind and offered to give me an occhata to the sacristies and gave me interesting explanations. A heartfelt thank you. Simple but welcoming the adjacent dining spot.

  • Beautiful Santoario with great views of the valley. Large parking lot and also easily accessible for people with reduced mobility. A lot of information in the church and in the chapel. Opens from 14:30 but with a bit of luck also has an earlier open.
