  • It is Saturday, December 3, my boyfriend and I, we just arrived in Val di Rabbi to stay for one night in an Inn and we decide to move immediately towards Lake Pian Palù in Val di Pejo, about half an hour from us. The scenery is lovely, lawns, lodges, valleys, mountains, snow ... many times we stop to photograph all these beauties. We arrive at the parking lot where the refuge the FONTANINO and take an uphill path on the left, which leads into the Woods. Later we discover that they have taken the trail more challenging, but that's not a problem because we have young legs and a great desire to get there. The trail is icy, snowy, and x x half half challenging but beautiful. First drove up, we go beyond an eraser, and in front of us stretches a completely snow-covered plain, adjacent to the pond! We reach the Lake and admire him ... we find out that you can fake out in about an hour's walk, but the time we have available is not enough so we proceed only for a bit, we encounter a cave, many ice stalactites that we taste:-) and lots of snow. A unique show! On the path just another engaged couple and 2 friends photographers like me. We decide to go down to the shore and to sit down in the snow, to enjoy the silence spectacular together. ...

  • Return to Val di Pejo after spending many years on holiday a long time ago, I was thrilled, certainly better equipped than at that time. It never lost its charm. Great for a holiday in this valley.

  • Super nice
  • Nice little town at the top of the Valley which dominates the whole valley. Advancing in the Valley there are also car park from where you can go for hiking. The characteristic of this valley is ferruginous water. At terme di Pejo Sources you can try drinking this water from the miraculous properties. I more than a SIP though I couldn't do because the high concentration of iron makes you seem to have blood in your mouth. But it is worth trying.

  • Stay in Val di Sole from 30 years and Pejo (more than Pejo sources) is an oasis of peace and tranquillity surrounded by greenery. Many tours depart from here for experts and beginners. I suggest the lago pian Palù (strictly to walk!)

  • Modern part of the village of Pejo, hotels, services, shops, departure of the cable cars.
