  • A beautiful valley hiker-friendly offering many possibilities for trekking, excursions, visits to the numerous Alpine Lakes. Preserved nature and protected that will cater to mountain lovers.

  • Beautiful walks in this small valley filled with Lakes, with tourist routes but also trails. We recommend that you pick up in the map of the trails and choose ones within reach of their training and physical condition. CMQ there is for everyone. There is often a reminder of the mondialeche war 1 leaves moved. Allow me to give advice the path that leads to the Sea from Baita Larcher and lakes, it's a walk but presents a good uphill almost steady climb. I liked it deeply but don't venture if not fitted with the right shoes and good breath. For those who do not have the characteristics is already stopping the sea to admire the scenery and enjoy the good food and is definitely a good experience.

  • Sublime val di Peio (it says on wikipedia that j is used improperly) and certainly highly recommended tour of the lakes in the Alps for those who want to walk. I started off by Enel before sea mountain Inn and I went around clockwise. Then going up right up the path that first deals with hairpins the beautiful coniferous forest to get higher up on glades fields with good views over the Valley (Cogolo is visible up in addition to Careser) and towering peaks of Vioz and Palon de la Mare with a glacier alas increasingly reduced by anomalous summers at high altitude. The lakes are four: the Careser, greatest, where stands the imposing dam open to transit in summer, then there's just the Black Lake small but poignant with the glacier de la Mare and Vioz reflected in it, follow a path well marked and you pass up on long Lake and then to close the ride up to the charming Lake of marmots is also the highest at 2700 metres and on whose shores (as per the name) you can hear whistling the nice little beasts. Then I went down to the shelter Larcher, magnificently set in a landscape much impressive and exciting. So far I think the trip is doable for all almost, and the tour you could complete ring down on the left to the "outer" side going down the hillside towards pian Venice and then back to the power plant. I went to the Forcola Pass, an excellent vantage point on Martell and the area of the Alps and starting point for those who are "almost" mountaineer, climbing the long ridge of Zuffalspitze. After less than an hour from the cartel after the Larcher, arrival tired but delighted to 3000 and more meters of the popular destination. The last section has somewhat steep and narrows very uncommon among rocks and piles. But once up, the Valley just climb with lots of superb tops already mentioned and other enchanting is the view on the two glaciers of Forcola and the Alps that descend in Martell, the tops of it and a Gran Zebrù (alas!) shrouded in clouds. In the distance you'll also meet Lee hammer and Nino courses. Rather descent attentive at the beginning even for short showers fell in the morning but then less steep until the beautiful and modern refuge. A coffee and returns to the Valley with her eyes full of beauty and our hearts filled with joy ...

  • Super nice
  • Nice little town at the top of the Valley which dominates the whole valley. Advancing in the Valley there are also car park from where you can go for hiking. The characteristic of this valley is ferruginous water. At terme di Pejo Sources you can try drinking this water from the miraculous properties. I more than a SIP though I couldn't do because the high concentration of iron makes you seem to have blood in your mouth. But it is worth trying.

  • Stay in Val di Sole from 30 years and Pejo (more than Pejo sources) is an oasis of peace and tranquillity surrounded by greenery. Many tours depart from here for experts and beginners. I suggest the lago pian Palù (strictly to walk!)
