  • Visit highly recommended, particularly because the wooden stalls have been removed to be restored. That way you can see engineers at work in an exhibit space at the entrance to the site. Also you can see the temple without the stalls, so you see "free" and seems to be much broader.

  • Very very nice. Absolutely worth visiting. Recommend the use of a guide. During this period, the choir is being restored but this does not take away charm at this beautiful historic site.

  • In the Lombard capital the visit to the temple can not miss. Before accessing it, I suggest you watch the video which is projected at the entrance. Allows the approach with a basic information very useful. The staff was very courteous and helpful

  • Small Longbard temple from the 8th century. Worth a visit if you're in Cividale del Friuli. Nice view of the Natisone River as well.
  • Interesting historical landmark
  • This is an important and very well preserved architectural evidence of the Lombard period. The small temple marks the coexistence of motives purely Lombards (in friezes, for example) and a revival of the classic models, creating a sort of uninterrupted continuity between the classical art, art aulica Lombard and Carolingian and Ottonian art. Definitely worth a visit!

  • Splendid example of religious architecture. It still feels the presence of its old customers. Intimate rooms, mystics and on a human scale. The lovely views of the city and the sound of water form the backdrop to a bygone era. Admission fee deserved.

  • Immured in a convent, saved to the view and ruin of time. A little gem of the Lombards that testifies yet again how troubled the history of our paese...ma he enriched with many gems and influences that make Italy a place unique and outstanding.
