  • Vicolo Baciadonne Il Vicolo Baciadonne is one of the most characteristic sights of Città della Pieve. The name, bound inevitably to the narrowness of the passage, is the product of popular imagination, but the alley is probably born following a dispute between neighbors. Popular tradition tells of these two neighbours in the Middle Ages they decided to knock off literally their homes, and thus originated a dead whose maximum width does not exceed 70 cm. At the end of the alley, almost for contrast, it overlooks one of the most expansive views you can enjoy from Citta della Pieve, one towards the Chiana Romana and Monte Cetona.
