  • We visited the Cinque Terre on the first weekend of July. We were blown away by the very special places, from the clear sea, good food. To visit the Cinque Terre is a comfortable train of line making 5 stops and runs all the time, looking a bit crowded, but still comfortable. The station, in the appropriate information, you can have all the information and buy tickets. A visit is a must for those who are in the area and not.

  • I was almost a year programming this trip, the photos I saw on Google don't match because I couldn't register of Cinque Terre. The trains in Italy are not punctual, the villages are small and has many tourists circling and you run the risk of going on foot. The villages are poorly maintained, worn paint with many hanging clothes in the Windows and this compromises the beauty of the place. What worth is the boat ride that has a more attractive. The trails are difficult, because you have to climb the cliff and should bring appropriate footwear. I found a lot of mission the arrival to La Spezia and have to make the journey by train, walking and boat, maybe for those adventurous spirit is an interesting proposal.

Where to stay in Cinque Terre

It's hard to go wrong with accommodations in Cinque Terre, home to some of the most charming hotels and bed and breakfasts in the country. Choosing among them depends largely on what you want most from your trip. Consider spending a restful vacation on the hilltop to enjoy the famous ocean views, or plant yourself somewhere closer to the shoreline in Riomaggiore for easy access to beaches. If you expect to spend lots of time exploring side streets and local shops, opt for accommodations along one of the main streets in any of the villages. Though it can be difficult to find inexpensive lodgings here, there are some more affordable options in Manarola, the smallest of the five villages, and Monterosso. You can even stay at a hostel in the national park if you want to be close to nature.
