  • We were recommended a trip on this lake but maybe they forgot to tell us that summer is a nice stroll, in winter with the cold there's nobody just leaves a great depression. Surely you had to be expected but some lakes in winter leave still a nice taste in your mouth. This apart from depression nothing more.

  • The Lake is not large, we see distinctly the full outline of the campaign that delimits the waters, to get there we came very close to Chiusi (a must see), we passed a couple of Etruscan tombs (one of the Lions, the monkey) that alone would make the fortune of a dozen European countries travel to neighbouring us and.. After a few minutes it opens your eyes that beautiful blue and green shell of water. That peace, quiet, green spaces, wooden boats resting on the shore and many aquatic animals (ducks, mallards, grebes) that with their recalls have pierced the silence of the place. Two small piers next to the restaurants of riva (by the way, brustigo and pici with ragù di persico's eggs, a must try). Near Lake passes the path of reclamation, a magnificent walking and biking path that takes you between your campaigns tidy surroundings until overlooking Lago di Montepulciano, just as small and charming. An alternate place for a different day from the busy tourism "disposable" rich only of indexed savages with the ritual "here I am" (and who cares!!).
