  • The fascination of history. Awesome place that tells the story of this part of Chiavenna. We were lucky enough to visit it accompanied by Philip, who explained the most history, machinery and techniques when the mill was still in use. Step back in time at an affordable price (€ 3). It's worth it!

  • Splendid mill recovered and restored in the Centre of Chiavenna: visiting it you will be amazed seeing the incredible machines and the technical solutions adopted for example to purify the air by particles of flour (risk of explosion) or to divide the various cereals (using gravity and helical ramps). Entrance cost 3 € and guide that tells you everything, half-hour visit duration.
