You may have a totally different opinion if you speak or at least understand Italian. For us who can’t, it was a massive disappointment. Kids couldn’t understand anything. We were expecting to try...

I went on a trip with the kids from our summer camp. It is not the first time that we go to the Museum of Magic, but we always go back very willingly! Don Silvio is a wonderful person, welcoming, brilliant and very nice. The visit to the Museum is very interesting, it takes you to the heart of the world of magic. The show with the magician Budini 'is spatial! Congratulations, congratulations on everything! You are very good!
If you want to try an exciting experience you cannot give up visiting the Museum of Magic of Cherasco. The creator and soul of this museum is Don Silvio, aka Mago Sales, a Salesian priest, a very good magician who in his life has always been committed to bringing aid to all the children of the world who are near in poverty. Entering the museum you will find yourself immersed in a magical atmosphere, the rooms that follow one another are a tribute to all the greatest magicians, you can admire posters, stage clothes, great stage attractions, optical effects and the most extraordinary sleight of hand you have never seen. Included in the magic tour you will have the opportunity to attend a magic show in the internal theater. I recommend everyone to go and see the small chapel, really beautiful.
Fabulous. A journey into the world and into the history of magic. For young and old. Beyond all expectations, the magic show that closes the visit, held by an authentic great professional. We also had the privilege of meeting in person the Mago Sales who, in addition to guiding us to the various attractions, told us about the humanitarian initiatives related to the Museum of Magic: an enormous added value that goes beyond the artistic importance of the collections and documents on display.
We visited this place almost by chance during a walk in the Langhe. We discovered that just in Italy, a stone's throw from Turin, there is this museum of magic which is the 2nd largest in Europe. I must admit that in the ticket price there is a magic show of about 20 minutes, so ... not bad! Really fun! I am a child again! The visit is unfortunately quite fast with not too much information. There is also a library that collects the secrets of the magicians (so they say) too bad that nothing can be seen. It's just a door with the right glass to create curiosity. Inside the museum there are also various "tools of the trade" with which you can practice and take beautiful pictures of illusion or tests. Lots of space but not always full of content. Oh I forgot, with the ticket price (to date 10 euros) 1 euro goes to charity so great! We also made an offer always to support the cause and we were given an envelope to be discovered (too bad there was only one calendar, which ends in a few months; a photo on cardboard, to make a picture of it ... bah .. . and a lot of useless paper, including the museum magazine that they already gave at the entrance ..) what a package! No magic trick ... And like all museums, you expect themed shopping / merchandising, right? I would have bought a lot of things (usually I avoid) that day, but no ... Too bad 🤔 At the end of the day I have to say that we had fun and spent a nice 2 hour afternoon inside the structure! How nice thanks! Ps: We hope it will be renewed with something new otherwise returning only if you have children could be worth it
We came on purpose from Pavia with our little girl after checking the opening hours on the website ... and we find everything closed! Imagine the disappointment and the tears of our daughter who had high expectations! Please keep the website updated.
