  • Traditional cheese, mozzarella as it once was, worked by hand and in sight. Must try the chicken pieces well with cream

  • On 1 November, having regard to the great day I took the opportunity to take a walk. The area aurunca is really very interesting. Come now lunch time and being indecisive about what to do we noticed on the way the caseificio san Vito. Without hesitation we accommodated and comfortably seated we were able to enjoy an excellent mozzarella. Congratulations

  • Years ago, the forum de La Cucina Italiana, I reported this dairy as perhaps the best of all the dairies of Mondragone. After so many years I can confirm: both the Buffalo mozzarella that various cheeses (including those of blue mold and Chili) are really tasty and excellent quality. Inside there is also a shop where you can find bread, meats, biscuits and wines of good standard. Shipping throughout Italy in 24/48 hours, and I will definitely this service. Great courtesy and willingness to explain the workings of the various products. The only thing I might point out is found only 200 grams a piece of mozzarella, but truly is a little "flaw". Very good and highly recommended!

  • More good mozzarella of Cardozo makes these things here. You can also make sandwiches because they have the bench delicatessen. Is on Domiziana, perfect point to stop before proceeding to Formia and Gaeta.
