  • It was the residence of the famous condottiere Bartolomeo Colleoni, Captain of the Serenissima. Great tourist and cultural management, but the visit is limited to only the afternoons of Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday through an electronic program guide and on Sundays with a guide in the flesh. Sunday visitors can use the renaissance costumes (adults and children). The Malpaga Castle is in the municipality of Cavernago, South of Bergamo, on the plain. Worth a visit, because the inner rooms still have original frescoes and the atmosphere is very impressive!

  • Precise and competent Castle Guide. Jewel reachable from all over the province. To see. Too bad the mediaeval dinners to be held this summer

  • Little gem in lower Bergamo. Recommend a guided tour: the story of Cham is very attractive. I can't wait to try dinner.

  • Castle kept up very well, organized tours and tours by knowledgeable and engaging for children. Notable frescoes inside. Interesting didactic reconstructions of some environments. Highly recommended for a Sunday outing!
