  • Too bad that only much of the probably 2nd largest amphitheatre remains! Very impressive, which was created from volcanic rocks! Our 10th with Roman theme in the school pleased!

  • Right in the middle of Catania and well worth a visit. Well presented and some lovely sculptures and pieces of ancient statues displayed separately.
  • One shows a minimum of what must have been a large Roman building, at the foot of the Bellini gardens.

  • As usual, neglected, ignored and unknown. However, fine and with a modicum of knowledge and interest and it is very interesting.
  • Interesting but no more
  • It is a beautiful and suggestive that, in the very historical centre of the city, puts down a lot further (and grandiose) passed from Roman times. Guests can visit for a tourist, it should be noted that the monument deserves greater enhancement and usability (no guides, often is closed).
