  • We had the pleasure of happen quite by accident at the vinegar factory Carson and the experience was so beautiful that it is difficult to summarize in a few words. From the beginning we felt guests thanks to the warm welcome they received from Mr. Paul Carson himself who has enthralled with his passion, tradition and competence: put us his family traditions to retrace the vinegar works for the production of their researched product, it was very rich in information about the phases of processing vinegar and we even saw and appreciated the oldest Vinegars and fine. Finally the tasting allowed us to choose in all freedom most Vinegars adapted to our palate. Experience, a story and people must know! Needless to say how much their mortgage plan Vinegars a delight and a poem for the palate and the senses.

  • Visit the acetaia Cavedoni was a pleasant pastime that enabled me and my guy to learn the full world craftsmanship in the production of balsamic vinegar. We were greeted very politely by Paul and John who have followed in the path ending with a pleasant tasting! Gita that I recommend to everyone!
