  • Our stone, our giant embedded in the Apennines. He talked about Dante, we talk about it we all but the stone is to see and experience. Pure entertainment.

  • The top of the stone can be reached along a short path (30 minutes) but surely challenging enough. Once you reach the top you can enjoy a good view of the hills and surrounding villages. I think it's wonderful being on top at sunset and turn on some lights in the surrounding countries (which I miss). If you find yourself in the area definitely worth a trip!

  • Singular Crag jutting over the hills of the Apennines. Mentioned by Dante in his Divine Comedy. Excellent opportunity to hike with good weather because a path that starts from the Hermitage (built at the base of the rock) you can reach the top (flat) where you can have a unique view and admire picknic.
