  • You will immediately notice this odd building in the pedestrian area of Castelfiorentino. I found some kids playing ball against the exterior wall, just don't want to get in, but I recommend to anyone who decides to include Castelfiorentino in some sightseeing. It is very close to the railway station. Saturday afternoon in March, are pretty much the only visitor, maybe thanks to the season; the Lady at the ticket gets to chat with her friends, but quietly, without disturbing my visit. The route starts on the second floor with an introductory video very exhaustive. On the first floor you can admire, and amazing, two wonderful Tabernacles of the late ' 400 saved from decay of moisture and flooding: you can listen to the audio of the descriptions of the various scenes painted by pressing a button on a "totem" well sign posted. On the ground floor you can see the sinopie and the lower part of one of the two shrines. 3 euros entry, you can't do your plume, supported the Italian culture.

  • The newly built Museum houses two Tabernacles frescoed by Benozzo and "torn" literally to weather criticism from the original location. Exquisite workmanship, the works can be admired with both natural and artificial lighting of great precision, bearing the originality. Remarkable audio visual apparatus, even for the visually impaired. Specialized staff very knowledgable and helpful even for children. Not to be missed.
