  • Beautiful Lake landscape with snow-covered mountains behind it and the little towns that overlooked the water seems a scenario of yesteryear. Will definitely be back in the summer to do a swim!!

  • The place is definitely charming and lovely, quiet and with good air. The problem is the Trek: If you want to take walks around, never mind. Trails really badly put, impossible, abandoned and even dangerous. So much overlooked, unfortunately! We have attempted various, all but abandoned since the beginning (and speak a which was also to make hard hiking on the Gran Sasso ...). Beautiful lake shores, but a mixture of plastic bottles, glass and more. Too bad!

  • Lots of greenery and a beautiful view on the hills surrounding the Lake. Many locals for eating, there are several places to stop for a picknic

  • Nice artificial lake with turquoise water, though swimming might be somewhat troublesome. No good access and water is dirty. There are a couple of places for barbecue which is one of the most attractive activities there.
  • Magical, freedom, relax 👌
  • very relax
  • Artificial lake really interesting, with a long extension which covers several villages perched on the mountains, each with its own particular characteristics. Nice bridge over the Lake. Hard to take a walk by the Lake (at least in winter) because the ground is very soft and loamy. Recommended a nice bicycle ride to enjoy the nature in full contact by exploiting the streets surrounding it. Don't miss the artificial dam.

  • The first time I went I was surprised and enchanted, didn't know about the place, I had a business meeting in castel di Tora. I found myself after a curve this fantastic landscape. You get to the country across a bridge that looks like it is floating on the sea. The country then is an ancient village perched on a chimney. A landscape that I thought existed only in books of Fables and instead is here in Lazio a few kilometers from the capital
