  • At some point, leaving the Porrettana and leaves town, the Po valley behind. After a steep climb the eye embraces only trees, green meadows dotted with bushes, thickets and the ruins of the ancient villa Sampieri Talon, mansion of the marquises Sampieri Talon. It was built in the XVI century by the noble Senatorial family of Sampieri, on the ruins of a medieval fortress and was demolished after two hundred years, two days before the end of the second world war by a devastating Allied bombing. You can discover it by bike along the paved road that winds through the Park, along meadows, ruins of ancient villas, farmhouses. Or walk, immersing yourself in a nature Dumbledore where your ears can grasp the gabble of the river Rhine flowing cool off and where you can also get wet feet at points accessible. Walk, climb, along trails up, up up to the sanctuary of the Madonna di San Luca. But you need good legs. If you have them, don't miss this lovely Park.

  • On the edge of Casalecchio frequented by people walking, jogging, cycling and a black cat. Unfortunately the Park isn't immaculately maintained although deserves more attention because it is a green lung and a place of recreation for locals and tourists.
