  • place for lovers of Tuscany cannot be visited at least once, because it is a quaint village of yesteryear, the Tuscan mountains full of history, because you get a chance to taste the famous lardo di conca but mostly because you can enjoy breathtaking views of the marble quarries that surround the place.

  • This village is a gem. Perched between the marble mountains hides this borghetto producing the lard, probably more good of Italy. Everything revolves around this, by shopping, restaurant. Then the white which is covered all over the country help to this image. No doubt to see and test

  • The first time I came here, in the land of my father I was so small that not even I remember it. And then I went back again almost every summer of baby boy and then up to imprimermi in memory a memory and a desire to return that reminds me that my home and my roots are here, too. Especially here. A place that tells of ancient crafts, peace and serenity (often only apparent) glancing at impresses the absurdity of the mountains that year after year, as a large cake is sliced and leave space to the blue sky. Nice to hear the quiet bustle, when there are no tourists in the square or in the evening, gently rotate between the alleys illumintati and admire amazing glimpses or look up to gaze at the night sky illuminated by millions of stars. And then sometimes the country manscotte peeps, undisturbed and unexpected. A beautiful Peacock, which here runs undisturbed. Nice to come for the first time beautiful return from time to time and find that nothing has really changed.
