  • Very interesting Archaeological Park with the Phoenicians and Carthaginians sites, which becomes more and more interesting because you add pianpiano new digs. Interesting tombs and the Tophet. The Park very well looked after, is situated in a panoramic position facing the islands of Sant'Antioco and Carloforte on one side and the other on the town of Carbonia. The visit was accompanied by a guide prepared.

  • The Archaeological Park is part of the network of centres of historical and landscape interest. Additional nearby points of interest (including the mineral Park of Sulcis). Recommend visiting and parks in the area

  • The first time I went (my hometown), when the road was still dirt road, was the goal of a sports competition: almost an adventure. Nowadays it is much more usable but the old charm has remained unchanged. I naturally try to imagine the events that occurred in this Phoenician-Punic fortress. Archaeological finds, can be admired in the Museum of Villa Sulcis.
