  • The keeper's House from a quiet stroll amidst beautiful fall colors ... by foot (minimum altitude) or Mtb (being careful to the downstream side which is without protection).

  • I am a habitué of the places and I don't know if the feeling I have is given by attendance or vice versa. In the Park wind through many paths, even bribes the Park. Coming from Genoa, can be accessed from the Gorzente, three artificial lakes (former aqueduct De Ferrari Galliera, Iren today), in itself very interesting, are not part of the Park, which begins immediately after. There is a slight detour after Caffarella, on the road to the Piani di Praglia and few kilometers of dirt road that intersects with, among other things, the alta via dei Monti Liguri. After the low dam Gorzente (and where it continues the valletta del Rio) starts the Park (we are now in Piedmont) and there are several paths: the bass follows the whole valley of the river Gorzente Medlar bridge; the tall one switches from Home Preadoga (a small shelter with some hives nearby) and, therefore, falls to Rio or continues to mount Tobbio. The Park actually has numerous other trails (the path of peace, traveling near the Shrine of the martyrs of Benedicta). Camping is allowed within the park only by 16 early in the morning and just over 900 metres. In the elbows of the River are formed many lakes that allow you, in summer, to avoid the crowded beaches and enjoy a fresh water and often (currently undergoing some renovations of a dam that contribute to soil water). Ultimately, as others have said, it seems to be in Switzerland and not just a few kilometres from the sea. To speak of.
