  • Nice to see after a tour over Cantoira, between bridges and trails, a small shop selling derivatives that cows ' milk encountered pastures. Courtesy tasting herb, onion, goats tome and a special toma fontinata. Not sampled the charcuterie next time. Many diners have tasted these products brought into town. No one unsatisfied. Many affected by goodness. Healthy and delicious.

  • Is a small cheese shop, where there are quality products, they make a really delicious, Creamy panna cotta and I would recommend it.

  • Buy cheese by Mattia is a rare thing for a lucky few. A rare thing because it is not easy to find a micro mountain cheese dairy at all points. A "margaro" little early twenties with a passion and, very rare thing with the art of cheesemaker in the blood ... Lucky because if you don't go in this village in the Val Granda, you can't eat these delicacies! Well gentlemen if you leave all the way from Turin to come here to buy cheese and talk a little about the artist ... you will be satisfied and contented. Seeing is believing.
