  • The flavors of the past, this made me think of visiting this crushers, the courtesy and helpfulness of the owners in showing their production, the pleasant surprise to be able to taste the typical products of the place, and of course, the legendary bruschetta ... wonderful!

  • It's been a year, we're back to the new oil. In this wonderful place, an ancient passion burns family experience nuncios. The result is the miracle of excellence. Comes to mind an ode to olive oil by Pablo Neruda that carryover from memory (hopefully good): "... not just the wine sings, the oil also sings, lives in us with his light and between the goods of the earth I choose the oil, his inexhaustible Green peace, its essence, its filled with honey that comes from the springs of the olive tree ...".

  • on holiday in Umbria wanted to visit a mill with authentic flavours. We find this on the internet, and we visit. a nice gentleman explains all phases of processing olives to get the extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality. the tour ends with a tasting of their oil on bruschetta. the quality is really high, so there are few, especially in supermarkets ... we buy a couple of bottles, but it definitely will order a higher quantity (retail shipments do!). definitely recommend a visit and buy their oil! Thank you very much!
