  • Very nice castle with a medieval atmosphere. From the outside you can admire its grandeur. Perched on a hill, you can reach the Castle via a short walk in the Woods, this element that makes the visit even more attractive. Internally it is very well maintained and cared for. Still have original furnishings and antiques. Recommended guided tour in order to appreciate the history and origins of the Castle. To see.

  • The Castle dominates the town of sand in Taufers and is within walking distance from the Centre. We made the visit with a very nice guide and the great savoir faire with children (I want to emphasize that if you choose to visit without a guide you only visit only the exterior of the Castle). The Manor is rustic yet rich in history, legends and features. From Taufers Castle you can go also to various nature walks.

  • The Castle from the outside is beautiful, but unfortunately if you want to visit within Guide (mandatory in winter) and you are Italian, you have to wait an hour after opening! Before the Germans or anyone who knows German. Maybe it would be good to remind managers that we are in Italy!

  • Beautiful views from a restored castle. Also part WW1 museum. Definitely worth the unguided tour. Guided tours offer more but was not in English.
  • It was interesting but had more potential
  • The castle can be reached by car or through the forest trail that leaves from the Centre of Campo Tures (20 minutes walk). The ticket price is 10 and 7 for students. The ticket price also includes a guide explaining the history of the Castle. Our guide was very good and very interesting tales, carina also the legend of the ghost. In general the castle is well preserved and the rooms have inside them still some of the original furniture. Great atmosphere, fantastic!

  • A must for anyone who goes from Campo Tures. Possible guided tour and admission fee. Also deserves a visit without a guide. Recommend the walking trail (easy) also lit up, starting from the bus parking in the village.
