  • La caletta is reached by a road, then trail, dirt roads only on foot. The spectacular color and even the water takes on the seabed is very clean and rich in fauna. Particular the sulphur rock present in some points that can give rise to unpleasant odours. I don't recommend the very popular because the overhanging rock face directly onto the set, with the continued erosion of wind, not by impression of solidity. Recommend the use of trainers to reach it and one mat to lie because consisting mainly of large stones and rocks.

  • From Campese part a strange unpaved but paved with concrete plates only for a small portion. At the beginning of the trail to alum there is a reassuring little sign that says that the route of the trail is at your own risk. After a pleasant shady walk uphill to arrive on a cliff from where should come down to the Cove which, viewed from above, does not seem notable. The trail is closed and there is a sign indicating danger of landslides.

  • the Giglio the mistral wind is often encountered, so it happens that in the largest beach of the island: the Campese, you can't stay, this Cove, is just opposite to Campese, is very sheltered and the water is nice. To reduce the effort you can make a piece in the car/bike and then take the path ... the last piece is challenging, in short with closed shoes or sandals from walkers do well ... I would avoid flip-flops, you do not know mai...se we get hurt there then you should come and get with the helicopter ...
