  • A classic route to do on days when there were few people. Avoid it on weekends for overcrowding. From Camogli to San Rocco, hospitals "spicy" in the midst of odors from the Maquis. You'll find cats and cats ready to purr and play with you. From San Rocco (place with monument to improve man's friend) take the good path that first takes a delightful village with dizzying vistas, Mortola, then enter the Grove and takes you to the batteries ... Here, in addition to the remains of the wartime memory batteries, incredible views over the Tyrrhenian Sea, the Gulf and on the heights of Mount Portofino, monte Touch to others. From there the possibility to go down to San Fruttuoso (attention, need steady step and no dizziness) or go back a bit on your steps and go to traffic light again to re-enter in Camogli doing a ring. Bellyful of landscapes and Mediterranean scents. To do and redo

  • From Camogli to San Fruttuoso you can go for two different paths, one internal and one-pointed with two red-filled circles. We did the second, is nice, with the view of the sea below, but basically continues is indicated as "very challenging", and indeed it is: has several exposed stretches you cross with safety chains attached to the rock. It is longish, reported three hours but if you have been exercising it takes even longer, and definitely not recommended for those who suffer from Vertigo or have any difficulty. The best months are cooler ones, do so under the Sun is definitely more tiring. What size instead internally the Park is shorter and less demanding, but I think less suggestive.

  • An unforgettable visit, but difficult access: dare: worth the effort. There are two paths with different levels of difficulty
