  • A little known place but it deserves at least once a visit. The castle of Buronzo has a structure unique to "type" can be defined as "Castle consortile" characterized by a multitude of construction projects concentrated in different periods, through an extensive plan that also involves the urban citizen. The seven wing of the Lords of Buronzo, also called colonnellati, gave her body from the 12th century. the extensive noble consortium which came to full consolidation in the course of the century. XIV, shined from the late 18th century and died at the end of the next century. The whole House is now municipal property and about 1/3 of the Consortium was recovered with excellent restoration work by giving birth to her former glory, but the other hand unfortunately is left to itself and is falling apart ... a shame but evidently the municipality has no money, give it a try.

  • We were there this Sunday. ... intrigued us because it is one of the few castles known by us Consortium ... There were no events but the leadership has been able to make it nice and full of notions. .. from the historical aspect to that information on the Consortium's life of "noble" families that have lived in the change of the structure over the centuries than events is not that political war that is obvious and it can easily grasp architectural watching the complex ... the borgo annex surrounds and is not far behind, you know. a must see in the land of rice! ...

  • I visited several times the castle of Buronzo, and passing it around within sometimes take a little walk. Beautiful various different columns of the wall to the East. Restored in part very well; half still remains unfinished. Nice view from the square below.
