  • Some very interesting information... even Colbert is interested in the topic. Beautiful objects. The duration of the visit is not time consuming.

  • Visit in just 5 minutes nothing on the history of lace or the island, no explanation about the outdated and expensive technique

  • I went in this lace museum on my own it's quite small and costs €5. There is quite a lot of lace to see and how the women used to make it, allow half an hour to go around

  • Small museum with an educational video about the history and styles of lace making (with English subtitles). Upstairs there are a number of exhibits with different examples of historic lace. Worth a visit if you have time for the boat ride out to the island.
  • It's not too necessary to visit this place if you're satisfied with everything else on the Burano Island. It's good to learn a little bit about the industry and process.
  • Woman making lace with a needle and thread. Labor intensive fascinating
  • A nice museum, but expected to see how it actually is done.
  • Very nice history of glass making. Visit tour is short, under 1h, so plan to something else in Murano if you visit from Venice. There are also lots of glass shops around so you can see a lot more modern glass art.
