  • A pleasant surprise, both for the Palace, with interesting and rich rooms, both for the display of Nativity scenes, remarkable in its originality. Because the path of Soliman ... really disappointing and frankly "incomprehensible".

  • August 2016. The Museum was the seat of the bishops until years ' 60, today its 70 rooms House sculptures from South Tyrol and other art objects from Roman times until the 20th century. You can also visit the Imperial Apartments and rooms of bishops, the Cathedral treasure, jewellery and objects containing high crosses in ivory, antique fabrics and the famous collection of cribs. Do not miss the Baroque Court Chapel and its collection of Baroque paintings. Very well cared for is worth a visit.

  • Looks outward like a Palace Castle, former seat of the Prince-Bishop and aqncora said moated Imperial Palace with water and overlooking a broad piazza that reconnects to the Cathedral square with flower beds and gardens of violets. On the left of the entrance there is a monumental Baroque courtyard with a large ticket front arcades decorated by statues at the Center last November 2016 was installed a stone fountain with jets of water drinkable work of South Tyrolean sculptor Franz sessantanovenne Kehrer.Al ground floor is the collection of Nativity scenes, but also scenes of Jesus ' public life until the passion the crib more refined face care and detail is to Joseph Sammartino sculptor neo-classical and mysterious of the veiled Christ on the upper floors of sacred mediaeval wooden sculpture, paintings like the portrait of maternal gaze, a great Book of Austria Concert Hall, large porcelain stoves and contemporary art exhibitions of artists from South Tyrol or Germans. monthly is proclaimed the artwork of the month. A curiosity is to not notice a heavy presence of supervision, in that video surveillance is very valid. I mean a peaceful oasis for tourists rushed, but also a blast from the past for those unfamiliar with the vicissitudes of this Isarco and the ancient Säben the ancient name of Brixen in Rezia romana at the confluence of two rivers that feed the Adige to Verona. After the Museum enjoy this nature and mountains and forests and buy handicrafts in legno.che remember how you saw medieval craftsmen exposed in the beautiful Hofburg, as next visit I recommend the White Tower, the Pharmacy Museum and the Cathedral

  • Medieval Hofburg. Especially the Nativity scene Museum is uniquely rich and beautifully designed. Highly recommended.

  • Ecclesiastical art collection, especially from the Baroque period but without pieces of exceptional prestige.
