  • What a joy to travel the romantic roads, discovered beautiful perched villages, of beautiful churches, castles, the largest vineyards of Piedmont (Barolo, Barbaresco, Nebbiolo, Arneis, Roero) typical restaurants offering the best dishes (truffles, pasta, meats, cheeses) brief, a region where life is good for gourmets and lovers of beautiful stones.

  • Peaceful itinerary in the hills of Langhe admiring the autumn colours of foliage and the view of grapevines. It's maybe the best season to visit this place!
  • In a pleasant October day we opted for a nice walk from Serravalle di Alba in Alba (about 70 minutes), that is one of the many excursions in the beautiful route winding along the romantic road of Langhe and Roero. Lucky enough to enjoy the warm fall colors, the gentle shades of red and yellow leaves of the trees to "hit" our view of vineyards that produce Dolcetto and Nebbiolo were ushered to our hike through the hills of the Langhe. Harmony, peace, colors and the chance to discover pretty villages, often precious "coffers" of appreciable Italy, superb examples of civilizations in the clarity of their lanes or in the preservation of historic buildings, as Alba with the beautiful castle (now a Hotel-restaurant) and the small church of St Frontiniano, or the charming holiday and Bossolasco. Recommended to those who appreciate the nature, timing and modalities of a slow day ... maybe even a little of the past for the friendliness of the people, the landscape still well protected (almost always ...) .. .and here you can escape from the routine walking through rolling hills, villages and wineries! We are already looking forward to returning to the area to see the other itineraries! One attraction that absolutely deserves to be discovered lived and appreciated!!
