  • I became aware of the Castle by chance thanks to the signs along the way otherwise I never would have noticed. The visit to the castle is guided and takes about 1 hour, I still recommend calling for timetable information. The castle is kept open and restored thanks to a partnership almost exclusively composed of volunteers, people with very diverse experiences that have enabled the restoration/storage/management not only architecturally but also as regards the library, decor, etc. The Castle no longer has the original furnishings but by partnering with a local antique dealer who is exhibiting its products are embellishing the rooms with furnishings in keeping with the castle halls. Traces of original frescoes on the walls remain, while in some rooms there are interesting paintings. Around the Castle you can go for walks in the nature.

  • Always fond of castles with their Majesty and grandeur today I decided to go to Barcelona. Initially, observing the Castle, the impression is not of the best. Dirty water and stagnant and chipped walls and patched in some way. Inside the restored part and retrieved from abandonment and neglect of man are really very nice. Unfortunately, in my view, the difficulties of the municipalities with the various stability pacts and the ever increasing lack of funding limits the recovery of these little cultural and historical heritage that dot our Italy. I'm sure by the time this Castle back to its former glory and its glories. The area in which stands the castle of Padernello is a rural countryside on sunny days like today allows you to make a beautiful nature walk. Certainly by the time the score that I currently have given rise.

  • We visited the Castle last Sunday and thanks to Clear our guide spent an afternoon special!! The castle is really beautiful, beautiful to photograph for someone like me who is passionate about photography, or beautiful to visit, in a small pleasant village. Seeing the considerable efforts and the work of the volunteers who have worked to restore the original splendor this Castle a long abandoned. At the entrance to the village, near the parking lot, to welcome tourists there are nice very nice donkeys. From the Castle, or from the village, you can head towards the bridge of San Vigilio with an enjoyable walk which ends, between the village and the Castle, passing through the countryside, would def recommend!!
