  • The Bonassola Beach enclosed by a deep Bay, surrounded by rocks with pines that almost reach the sea is the most beautiful beach of Eastern Liguria and the village at his shoulders has nothing to envy to the most famous 5 Terre and the village of Levanto. A long sandy beach on one side and the other on which they work 3 more pebbly beaches and where free zones are large but limited to two extremes. I know the location and the beach for a long time and I must admit the problem are the operators of tourist activity and the municipality. The municipality does not provide for years to fix with common sense parking lots, that does not make a good green maintenance and that it never appears a bit about everything. Merchants that you seem to be an annoyance and a resource (which is quite common in Italy). Despite all go there just for a weekend worth. Also convenient for visiting 5 Terre, one train every 10 minutes and minimum travel times; with the new path also convenient for visiting Levanto and Framura with views of the open sea and provides access to the beautiful bays. From Bonassola depart even simple walks where you can smell the scents of the Mediterranean maquis and where the view stretches from the sea to the mountains.

  • In my opinion this is one of the most beautiful beaches of Eastern Liguria. It is quite wide and surrounded by green hills, the sea, every time I was there was great. There are some nice free strokes and country straightway behind offers several possibilities for refreshments and have a quick meal. Except in August I didn't find it too crowded.

  • Definitely one of the most beautiful beaches in the area of the Cinque Terre and also one of the quietest (high season excluded). Ideal for those who have children, all the land in fact is pedestrianized. Shame about locals who don't know how to enhance this beautiful place. Indeed, most of the people are unfriendly and rude; often traders are angry and they almost look like them a favor by serving you something. Services around the country were from the 1960s. Other downside: parking lots. Are all chargeable. The only free are for residents. For those who have a second home, as in the case of my family, the parking lots available are really ridiculous, in proportion to the parking areas for residents often free. Then, in high season, or you are very lucky or you pay, always.
