  • must see when in the area, always very accurate and communicative in product presentation and taste, excellent Vinegars that are enjoyed in large scale, we purchased, at their advice, a 25 year old cherry great for meat and one more aged to taste at the end of the meal. good rates compared with products of absolute excellence. superconsigliatissimo for those who want to really understand the balsamic vinegar.

  • On the occasion of this wonderful initiative we re-tasted in a sublime way the true traditional balsamic vinegar!! For us that we discovered a few years ago this vinegar factory is always a great confirmation. Today, in particular the Organization of the day was perfect with children area and tastings and gourmet delicacies freshly eno (fried dumplings with sausage, parmesan and balsamic vinegar, pumpkin pancakes and wine glasses of humus of beans with crispy bacon and balsamic vinegar, panna cotta and ice cream with balsamic vinegar, etc. Parmesan cheese and Lambrusco can drink!!!) Thanks again to gilberto and his family!
