  • December 2014. We are in the city centre between dozens of stalls during the Christmas markets. The Cathedral is li, in Piazza Walther, impossible not to see it. Very unique, impressive and kidnaps externally. The Interior, however, is somewhat dark and counting ... worth a quick visit

  • The Cathedral dedicated to the Assunta adorns the central piazza Walther. The outside colored golden-green roof hits, flamboyant and precious, surmounted by elegant Gothic bell tower. The Interior, which is accessed from the Romanesque doorway guarded by two stone lions, is severe and elegant. Interesting juxtaposition between the serenity of the frescoes of Giotto and Mediterranean convoluted Northern decorations beautiful pulpit and wooden sculpture: a summary of the encounter between two worlds and two tastes that occurred on a daily basis (and maybe still is) in this ancient village mercantile.

  • The Cathedral is located exactly in the Centre of Bolzano, easy to reach because it has bus stops right in front. Beautiful both outside and inside.

  • A beautiful church which continues to fulfill its purpose. Enter quietly, as others are in prayer within, but go to look at the architecture and how it has evolved in this living building. Note the sections of wall destroyed in WWII and how they have been rebuilt with the same (but fresh) stone.
  • Nice but not real necessary on a city trip.
  • Great, but check out the Dominican church nearby.
  • Lovely germanic-gothic cathedral. Worth a visit!
  • The most beautiful cathedral I've seen so far.
