The Museum has a display form very dated, however has some really interesting pieces, including inside a toy House in the middle of the 18th century. This is the reproduction of a building (probably emiliano) eighteenth century furnished in every detail. To have a basis for comparison, the closest thing I've seen is the Dollhouse of the British Royal family kept at Windsor Castle. In the Italian case it is smaller in size (it will be about 1 square meter) but very well crafted. Given the presence of protective glasses and the delicacy of the Interior, I wonder if it was really a toy or if it would serve a different function.

Quick and easy to get into a free Museum just a few steps from two towers. There are almost no visitors, except we had one person. Pretty sweetheart collection, I just zaljubovalas' puppet Palace, a sort of "House for Barbie" 19th century! Recommend

  • It's free. The collection is very interesting but small, just a few rooms and you get to see some rooms and a beautiful staircase of the palace.
  • Beautiful.
  • Nice and interesting Museum, with pieces really special including a beautiful carriage, all packed in a stunning building, the palazzo Davia Bargellini. All this in a beautiful point of the city with the Chiesa dei Servi in front, Piazza Aldrovandi to the side and in winter the market of Saint Lucia in the porch of the Church. Among other things one of the two or three most beautiful and elegant arcades of Bologna

  • I love this little Museum with many paintings and objects. Interesting especially the part of the collection which gathers curiosity of the Bologna area: wrought iron, bronze, terracotta, ceramics ... There is also an 18th century carriage!
