  • Important museum complex that exhibits and events. To take into account when you visit Bologna

  • The Museum is not huge, well put in open environments and well lit, "i funerali di Togliatti" of Guttuso is the thing I found most interesting, the visit is fast, nice section dedicated to Morandi with a movie about his life, well done. Around the Museum a garden (entrance free) original with old Rhine channel. 4 euros, reduced, mandatory visit.

  • Beautiful Museum of contemporary period permanent morandi. The building and FAB and inside even more, with numerous exhibition halls to admire carefully. Well worth a visit. Admission 6 euros, however, and the first Sunday of the month admission is free for everyone.

  • I went for David Bowie's exhibition and it was great. There were a lot of different rooms and each of them were very interesting and we'll thought.
  • Molto molto bello
  • David Bowie exhibit is 5 stars! MAMBo permanent collection is a dud. Do not pay the 6 euros for the permanent collection.
  • Good permanent collection. Very interesting work, and easy to take it all in in one visit. I only wish they had more substantial temporary exhibits. For visitors to Bologna that are art lovers, though, this is a great stop.
  • The MAMbo is situated near the old harbour, interesting site. I've seen a temporary exhibition of Pier Paolo Pasolini, one of the most influential and controversial artists in modern Italy. There was also a second floor with contemporary art, mostly italian artists. I can really recommend going, also there is a nice Café which sometimes turns into a club and the museum shop is also worthwhile (nice book about how to make pasta!)
