  • Rated "very good" because this is a museum with a very charming conformation as it develops vertically in the Tower along a narrow spiral staircase, and a FW more unknown but instead can teach and excite so much. Less "good" driving, definitely helpful, certainly also prepared but not sufficiently clear, are not simple arguments and the speech should be structured according to me better and more thorough. The terrestrial and celestial globes, celestial maps ' 600 Chinese, the different representations of the phases of the Moon and planets, and stunning the exterior view from the top. Incommentabile the fact that students UniBo enter for free (right) while those of the Academy of fine arts should pay _

  • Among the various university museums, the Observatory is definitely one of the most popular. It will be for the fascination that elicits astronomy itself, it will be for the various and ancient tools you can see live but will more than likely be for the stars ... 3

  • Guided tour can be booked online, watch you book one person at a time, for a maximum of 15 people take turns, cost 5 € payable at the time of entry. Open only accompanied by a professional guide (included) will be in our case, nice and well prepared. 186 steps of a spiral staircase, reasonable without problems because you stop multiple times in various rooms on floors where there are lots of ancient instruments. Wonderful the astrolabe of 1200. From the rooftop panoramic view over the rooftops and the area's Alma Mater. Informative and very nice. Highly recommended to everyone, even for children from 10 years onwards.

  • 7/6/16 Made appointment to view this museum and was greeted by a wonderful girl who led me on a one to one tour full of great exhibits complimented by the knowledge of my guide. The tour slowly climbs a tower, which at the end opens up to give probably the best view of Bologna. The Specola is a must visit and I highly recommend you do.
