  • We went several times to see some very interesting, and even industrial photography exhibitions at the meeting which was held with photographer Andrew Moore. The property is beautiful and photogenic and we, both lovers of photography, we went around with cameras, but we were not allowed to go in front of the artwork of Mark Di Suvero to make a picture. Inside there is a lot of staff, too, and you cannot photograph. We found this odd, because in almost all the museums of the world you can take photographs for personal use. Anyway, thanks to those who have enriched with modern and interesting cultural space!

  • A wonderful visit to MAST included the exhibition of teh indian photographer SAYANITA SINGH and its excellent Museum of Man and Machines...nice the modern museum MAST of Bologna
  • multimedia space that hosts fine exhibitions of industrial photography, conferences, concerts and conferences practically given to the city by a well known family of Bologna that have always spent in favour of health town practically bankrolling an entire hall dedicated to Hematology University Hospital one of the too rare examples of public private mix that honors both sides

  • Mast is one of my favourite spots in town, I suggest everyone to visit. In general the allowance is for free. The whole building is contemporary very spacious and very comfortable to walk. The collections are always interesting and related to photography and industry. The works showcased ranges from the various eras of photography and are taken by international talents (Lachapelle, Cartier Bresson were also featured). The Museum also hosts focuses on local artists. Inside the building there is also a large auditorium where events and talks often take place. Just adjacent is a terrace, perfect location for buffet. Again Mast offers a restaurant, spotless toilets, ample bar with library. The personnel is very courteous and ready to answer questions you might have.
  • Interesting design and exhibitions. A bit out of the city but quite worth the visit
  • World-class art exhibits, but not very well managed.
  • Futuristic architecture. Hmm.
  • From an idea born from love for the city and for his profession, MAST is an advanced Cultural Center for those who love photography and forms related to industrial heritage in General. To see!
