  • Let me start out by saying that I was already in this place and the quality was decent, ritornatoci today I noticed a nice increase in prices (and it goes well we may stay). I ordered a second, chicken in pan, when picking up the meal they give me a measly chicken small thigh with vegetables count. The thing that made me mad and that gave me the feeling of being teased and that the coscettina was poor, at least they could put two for the money (because they definitely have paid much less type you're thighs 2 euros), I did not expect from them this small plate. Have to say that now they think more to gain. Then as if that wasn't enough I went to the bathroom and there was a nice smell of urine, it seemed odd considering that I was one of the first to come to the opening of the premises, plus the sink didn't work for hands what about not going back more, I recommend him to friends and acquaintances anymore

  • Self service costs are very high, I attended the cooking school if you can call it because the dough was ready and the fillings as well; It was just roll out the dough and make various moulds for ravioli or tortellini, tortelloni. I don't think 40 € per head are a fair price since does not provide any recipe. We ate the pasta that they did do but nothing outstanding sauces. All very salty.

  • Might be a suitable school to prepare new sfogline or sfoglini (pastry makers) (many males among the pupils) here attracted by the fame of Mistress/maestra (Salo), a kind of extremists of traditional Emilian cuisine. But we must point out that it is a tradition of the campaign because the city has softened much the sensitivity of tastes.

  • The most FUN ! Started a passion in me that led to a career change 4 years ago and I've not looked back since. Grazie Alessandra e Alessandro
  • I had an amazing time at the school years ago. I still send friends and colleagues to take the course. All is by hand and you learn a great deal. You also have fun.
  • Delizioso, ogni singolo piatto del menù.
  • This is a must do course for all foodies out there. No machines learn now to make the pasta from scratch by hand followed by a fab lunch and that's just the tourist course.
  • I was fine. The food is good, distinctive tastes and important (people with me have said too salty but I eat salty 😉) and the staff is super friendly! Unfortunately the prices are altini ... not so much for the former, because 8 euros is a habitual price at Bologna, but for wine (minimum 10 euros, if only bottles and do not be satisfied with the glass from 2.50) ... cmq try!
