  • The Castle, huge and extremely visible from the Brennero Highway, stands on a hill a few kilometres from Trento. It is easily reached by following the precise instructions and has a large car park, which can be reached easily by those travelling by motorhome. The facility is really wide and, if you decide to visit, I recommend you to take half a day, you will be required. No point here we describe how it is structured the Castle because just by visiting it you can get an idea of what you will find. I only say that for small (I have a son of 4 years) experience is fun: you can get them to pull a small crossbow, dress them with pieces of armor made for them and let him go round the walls on the walkway that is almost completely viable. Then there are the wineries to visit, the armoury and the weapon Museum inside the Castle. Restrooms, bar, vending machines. Absent, unfortunately, the bookshop. Overall, absolutely not to be missed.

  • Schloss Pysein is the largest fortified structure of Trentino-Alto Adige and is one of the venues of the museum complex of the Provincial Museum of the Castello del Buonconsiglio. From its position it could control the whole below Vallagarina and access to the Valley that leads to Folgaria. The skilfully renovated made 70 years has allowed us to make available to the public a facility where you can breathe a bit medieval air with a museum inside well set up and, externally, you can admire beautiful views.

  • Taking advantage of the Halloween weekend and the weather definitely nice, we treated ourselves to a brief holiday in Trentino and, among other things, on Sunday 30 October we visited Castel Beseno. Beautiful and suggestive, only a little Spacey "guide (?)" present in the Castle, courteous but not always able to answer even the most trivial curiosity and, 2 in particular, even just to show up so decorous. The first, despite the large influx of people to the locations of its competence not only did not give any support to fellow but stood blissfully cut and filing her nails leaning against the front door. The second, caught by propaganda fervor, he told everyone, although a broken Italian, that in July there is the Festival of two days that make the first Sunday in August, forced almost visitors, insisting particularly with young representatives of the female sex, my daughters including wearing armor and decided as to pose for photographs If we wanted to, was he doing. I realize that at the end of the season the staff may also be tired and not very motivated, but I also believe that in the weeks leading up to this weekend has not got tired a lot. For my part I would recommend, for the upcoming summer season, some training, behavioral and historical. Adam C.

  • XII century. Trentino's huge castle, Beseno provides a breathtaking view to the entire valley. In the inside there is a small medieval museum in wich you can find knight armors, swords and many, many tales. In summer it's used to host many celebration and some party too! I love this place!
  • Really interesting fortress in the Alps of Trentino
  • Forse il più bel castello Trentino
  • They say the guides is the largest castle in ďitalia that is not a city, the visit confirms this statement. The castle is grandiose and impressive. Regret that most of the facilities underwent much damage by delľuomo. Deserves to be seen.

  • The most beautiful castle in trentino! Museum of the armor that you can try (the kids play a lot). The first weekend of August "pageants" with on-site camps and lived life of 500 with archery competitions, themed games for children, shows, training of children with guns of the era and reenactment of the battle of calliano.
