  • The monastery of Astino was renovated a couple of years ago, we are located in the area called longuelo neighborhood of Bergamo. To get there you have to Park (surcharge) the car just below the monastery and continue taking a walk immersed in the vineyards. The Council then shoes. Once the location we will have dinner at a small restaurant, SIP a glass of wine at the bar inside or outside or dine outdoors in a sort of country folk festival in mode so very Easy. All the times I've frequented this place I opted for the last idea. At checkout you are charged the dishes and then with the numbering system on board is served at the counter your chosen dish. I can say that the choice is not very varied but the food is top quality and also the raw materials are cool. Waiting times in the standard advice but to anticipate l dinner as eight to nine happen to wait in line to get a table. Overall I am very organized and I had no problem. At Astino organize events but unfortunately I've ever attended. Price dinner just above average. I highly recommend this place less crowded periods because it deserves to be visited.

  • Place in the countryside just outside Bergamo-Bergamo Alta, just opened in 2015, after years of restoration, it houses exhibits and a room devoted to refreshment. Legend has it that he played the organ a small Roby Facchinetti (Pooh).

  • The location of this place remains his strong point and I would add for luck! If it weren't for the monastery renovated 3 years ago and plunged into the parco dei colli, the game wouldn't be worth the candle! The food served is good quality but unfortunately not up to the offer. Shame really ... have been coming here for three years, but each time I notice small aggravations ... hopefully get back to being the same as before, simple and unpretentious, wholesome but with style.
