  • Church architecturally not particularly interesting, but within the prestigious altarpieces, including one by Lorenzo Lotto

  • Well worth a visit to admire the Pala Martinengo by Lorenzo Lotto mail behind the high altar. A work of art of great beauty where the Center stands the figure of the Madonna and child on a throne surrounded by Saints. There are two more to be admired here in Bergamo, one lies in the Church of Santo Spirito, Via Torquato Tasso and one in the Church of San Bernardino in Pignolo, you look a little bit, but for me this is the most beautiful and because it has more natural colors, and because than the other our Lady has a position Unlike usual, not with the apse behind it, but how he looked. In addition to the altarpiece the Church, if a bit dark, it has other substantial works of art that deserve to be admired.

  • We headed to this church, simple, yet elegant and grandiose, to see, behind the high altar one of masterpieces by Lotto: the shovel entitled ' Madonna and child enthroned with Saints ". The Church then presents a number of works of art that it is almost impossible to enumerate all; Don't miss the inlays are present in the current choir. A visit absolutely recommended
