Da non perdere una salita fino in cima x ammirare al suo meglio tutta la Citta' Alta. Io l'ho fatta a piedi (228 gradini!), ma si puo' fare anche in ascensore. Costo del biglietto, 3€.Don't miss a climb to the top x marvel at its best all over town high. I've done on foot (228 steps!), but you can do even in the elevator. The view from the top the tower is fantastic in all four cardinal points. It also helps that there are maps posted in each directions, so that you can easily orientate themselves and understand what it is for houses and landmarks to see. Also note that the big Church Bell strike every half hour, so that you don't find yourselves right under it, when it hits. It's scary!!show original
Nice view. I recommend visiting it in a sunny and not windy day. There's a lift to the middle part of the bell tower. Beware of the loud working bell!
Stefano MologniThere is no better hat for a visit to Winged City that a climb to the big Bell on a clear day. You can admire all the territory of Bergamo, the plain where you lose the look, bordering the old ducati di Mantova and Milano, the mountains behind the foot of the Alps and to close the Lakes East ... wonderful!show original
Mattia DragoAs per tradition still plays at 22 the 100 Bell shots to give notice to the people closing the wallsshow original
Giorgio ChinatiAfter centuries still punctuating every hour of the day with the sound of his huge Bell. At 22.00 each evening resonate still 100 tolls that historically warned the population of the closure of the four gates of the upper town. Impressive to be in old town square at night at that time.show original
