  • We arrive with two older friends to see the view of lot and the Museum. We take the elevator and we block immediately because it's "in the Hall next there's an interview". There's another elderly visitor and travel with us to a young lady after grievances an alternative route. ignoring the conditions of 3 seniors this runs down the stairs, various ramps, then let us cross the foreground and take another elevator to get around the obstacle of the interview that evidently could not take place if behind the camera were passing people ... unbelievable. then visiting the show there were various schools. as we watched the movie very nice about lotto, got a teacher who asked us to make sure that young people have to see (still standing) the movie. the chatter and rudeness were such that we fled, and the stairs we heard another pupils go away making an incredible noise. If teachers are unable to rein in the young, should the many keepers of the Museum. In short a visit wretched, too bad because the Museum is very nice. disappointment because i lot eran odavveor few

  • Accademia Carrara is a smaller museum that is well worth visiting. A couple of hours or so is ample time to see everything. While holding paintings from across Italy and further afield (such as El Gre...  more »
  • Beautiful Museum the Swedish Academy Carrara! Rich in works of the major Italian artists. You can't leave Bergamo without stepping in here. I highly recommend it

  • Very nice collection - not too big and complicated. Entrance fee is 10€s and is open toll 19:00. In general 2hrs should be enough - very enjoyable.
  • A gallery with paintings by Italian artists, mostly from the 15th to 18th century. There are also a few sculptures. A nice way to spend an afternoon.
  • Beautiful City Art Gallery. The collection exhibits painting of some of the most important painters of the Italian tradition. It has been important in developing the culture and passion of the art in the local community. My preferred one is `Ritratto di giovane` by Lorenzo Lotto.
  • A wonderful collection in the most beautiful city in northern Italy!
  • A Museum of national importance returned to the community completely renovated. Fundamental works for every century from the middle ages to the nineteenth century, that are accompanied by original guided tours and activities every week. Must see for anyone visiting Bergamo!
