Cala Biriola, Baunei
Categories: Outdoor Activities
Lounge on the white sands of Cala Biriola, a small beach nestled between high hills and a forest of oaks and junipers. The clear water and rich wildlife create a perfect setting for snorkeling and scuba diving, while the surrounding hills offer ideal areas for hiking. Admire the view of the forest, the natural sandstone arch that plunges into the water, and the sunlight reflecting off the white pebbles. Don't forget to bring an umbrella--or a wide-brimmed hat--and shoes suitable for walking on pebbly terrain. Beautiful colors that the seabed signature, from Emerald Turquoise. The beach is not equipped, but is placed in the shade of hair. Rocks eroded by wind and sea, who have done an outstanding job. If you visit the Gulf of Orosei, have to do the mini cruise, and this is one of the obligatory stops. You will not regret it. You have been helpful?show original
Posto incantevole come tutte le altre spiagge della costa di Orosei . La Sardegna non ha da invidiare nulla ad altre mete più blasonate . Un paradiso da assaporare in ogni angolo dell isolaLovely place as all the other beaches of the coast of Orosei. Sardinia has nothing to envy to other nobler destinations. A paradise to enjoy in every corner of the islandshow original
Again a beach with taste of Caribean. White stone, crystal clear water, accessible only on boat. In August little bit overcrowded. For sure worthy to visit.
Alessandro CastiglioniGorgeous Cove accessible only by sea with the rafts. Not as crowded as it is not accessible by barges, who prefer Cala Luna and Mariolu. Highly recommended!show original
Salvatore xomperoBeautiful cala visited with one of the many mini-cruises that sail from Cala Gonone. Maybe not famous like the other creeks of the Gulf of Orosei but it sure has nothing to envy and is a feast for the eyes and soul. It has a beautiful beach made of white pebbles that plunge into waters. The halt allowed from our cruise was just 1:00 but surely would have stayed all day.show original
Antonio ScarpelliA paradise. There are no facilities nor shade points, but worth everything. Is a small beach of white pebbles on which is nice to relax with a lovely water and a peace of mind because, compared to other bays of the coast is much less crowded.show original
