Lounge on the white sands of Cala Biriola, a small beach nestled between high hills and a forest of oaks and junipers. The clear water and rich wildlife create a perfect setting for snorkeling and scuba diving, while the surrounding hills offer ideal areas for hiking. Admire the view of the forest, the natural sandstone arch that plunges into the water, and the sunlight reflecting off the white pebbles. • With Cala Mariolu and Goloritzè is at the top of the beaches of the coast of Baunei. water always chilly even in summer but crystal clear as never before. Unfortunately you can get there only with boats or rafts because the walk on the trail by hikers is quite busy (the difference in altitude is about 900 metres) and not recommendable if not stronger, also not to do in summer. Unfortunately in the warm season you have to deal with the influx of tourists who sometimes is really excessive. Still remains a wonderful place to visit.

  • For me it's second only to Cala Mariolu. Beautiful. As always, different shades of clear water. Beautiful colors that the seabed signature, from Emerald Turquoise. The beach is not equipped, but is placed in the shade of hair. Rocks eroded by wind and sea, who have done an outstanding job. If you visit the Gulf of Orosei, have to do the mini cruise, and this is one of the obligatory stops. You will not regret it. You have been helpful?

  • Lovely place as all the other beaches of the coast of Orosei. Sardinia has nothing to envy to other nobler destinations. A paradise to enjoy in every corner of the island

  • Outstanding! Feels like swimming in an aquarium. Fish of all kinds and spectacular rocks on the seabed. One of the nicest snorkelate ever!

  • I think that anyone who goes to the Caribbean, he doesn't know what he's missing if first does not make a detour around here. I was there, and he went swimming with mask and snorkel, having also visited other cale and I totally agree with the other reviews.

  • In second place after Mrs. Mariolu. Round stones and white beach. Clear water .... go yourself!

  • Beautiful cala visited with one of the many mini-cruises that sail from Cala Gonone. Maybe not famous like the other creeks of the Gulf of Orosei but it sure has nothing to envy and is a feast for the eyes and soul. It has a beautiful beach made of white pebbles that plunge into waters. The halt allowed from our cruise was just 1:00 but surely would have stayed all day.

  • Gorgeous Cove accessible only by sea with the rafts. Not as crowded as it is not accessible by barges, who prefer Cala Luna and Mariolu. Highly recommended!
