  • A museum full of artifacts and memorabilia. The historical section is well stocked with papers. The structure is dated but is well maintained. Really worth a visit and spend at least a couple of hours. There are very valid audio guides but if one is an instant prepared can enjoy the visit even without. For me not to be missed

  • The visit, aided by a nice and not overpowering audio guide, is a true immersion in the atmospheres of the great war. The stories of the people who fought and died on Grappa come to life at the sight of arms and equipment which often did not guarantee even survival. A visit either for us adults and my ten year old daughter

  • The entrance is passing in the bar attached to the bridge. On the label it says free, 3 to us though the bar manager asked for 1 and a half euro per head, without specifying. Imagine that was the price for audio guide, we questioned why still it seemed fair to contribute and the amount was modest. Our son who is studying now to school world war could be better account of the historical period and conditions of life in the trenches. If you are in the area, definitely go.

  • One of must see in Alpini.
  • Attached to the famous "wooden bridge", the Museo degli Alpini is a must not only for tourists but also for those who live around Bassano and who decide to spend a few hours in the middle of spectacular town along the Brenta. The Museum is small in size but big in the role that plays, a collection of artifacts from the first world war, most of which ended up on the plateau of Asiago, survived through specific excavations or for private donations. A special place where the special relationship between the body of the Alpini and the city of Bassano del Grappa (and locals) it exemplifies and takes shape.

  • Nestled in a stunning setting, you can look out on the wooden deck, the scene of many battles, and taste authentic grappa from bassano historic distilleries.

  • A piece of our history, it's probably one of the most unusual bridges of our beautiful country with all historical meanings and not that we want to give it ... Impossible once you get here not "shake hands" to our beloved ... and why not give her a basin of love. "...

  • Nice Museum, to visit at least once in their lifetime.
